day 1 [11/4]:
went to school as per normal except that we brought sleeping bags, clothes, shoes, etc... whatever you think one might bring for camping we all [sec 3s] brought to school. =) SECONDARY THREE ADVENTURE CAMP 2007! excited. we were briefed in the sch gym during reading period so we didn't read our storybooks regardless whether we brought it anot. around 8am, it's off we go! took the bus to sarimbun campsite and on the way ann was hugging my piggy beanie. =/ lols. reached there and have to put our stuff on the muddy grass, sandy floor. we have to sit on it too. but for the grass, we squatted. xD then we get to know our trainers. two trainers. i don't know their full name as i never write down. lols. we called them 'resh' and 'yy' and frankly speaking, yy looks abit like mr teo leh. [last yr eng teacher from jan - may] plus, he's only 19. o.O we went to pitch our own tents except that, 3T1 to 3E6 pitch for the boys and 3E5 to 3E1 pitch for the girls. =) but before we could do so we have to give our class a group name starting with 'D' as from 3T1 is 'A', 3A3 is 'B' then 3A2 is 'C' etc... so 3A1 is 'D' lor. then we have to think of a group name. and we settled for DEGREE! =) nice name. hahas. then after pitching tents was time for lunch. lunch is at 12nn and we have one hour to eat! woots. then at 1pm we have our 1st activity of the day! nature hunt. whereby we have to find certain plants and identify them. but before i can play the game, me and vivien were taken out from the group because of choir practice. so, we didn't play any activies. 4 games per day and 8 games to play. i like the last game they played and it was at 6pm when we came back. vivien went to play and i didn't as i don't want to get wet on the 1st day plus i bathed in sch already. all the sec 3 choir members did. 'command and conquer' that's the game. water bomb included. =) everyone sabotaged mr rojes, mr yeo and mr teo. lols. and mr rojes's shirt was wet. haha. then went to wash up for dinner around 7pm. after dinner we went for a walk outside the campsite with the 2 trainers. japanese killed lots of people there long time ago?! wah... learned abit of history there lah. =) then we started thinking what to do for the campfire item for the next night. then went for supper. =) we drank milo only and the rest ate biscuits. light out at 11.30pm but then we only slept around 1am++?! we couldn't sleep. =/ oh yar, i forgot to tell who i shared tent with. 8 people share 1 tent so me, ann, kaixin, weiling, joanne, jolie, vivien and jesslyn shared one. tent number 28. =/ the fcuking people from other class then pitch the tent properly for us. damn it.

day 2 [12/4]:
suppose to wake up at 6.30am but we scared the toliet flooded with people so we got up extra early and the rest of the girls as well lah. 5.30am. early right? how we got up so early? kaixin never surrender her handphone so we used it as a alarm clock. =) but then... around 6am the trainer tried to shoo us away. telling us to go back to our tents and only come out when it's 6.30am. =/ then we woke up and it wasn't time for breakfast yet. it was time for exercise. damn it. on the muddy grass somemore. alot of people don't like lah. then 7pm then we ate breakfast. 8pm our activies starts. first was 'cooperating corner'. and it was fun and scary. 1st was we have to balance ourselves on a giant tube and arrange ourselves in order. like for e.g, birthday month. jan on the right then dec on the left. like that arrange lor. then was the giant fingerprint. 1 long wooden pole stuck on the ground with a rubber tube from a car passing through the wooden pole and we have to get the tube out. the pole was like taller then us?! so, one person stand on another person's shoulder to remove the pole. 3 human ladder. after that we have to put it back in and this time we saw mr rojes walked past and asked him for help. lols. vivien on mr rojes's shoulder. lalala. hehe. vivien was shaking on top cause the tube was damn heavy. then mr rojes also shaking lah. wahahaha. then the see-saw. must balance. meaning everyone on the see-saw then must try to balance the see-saw. =) we never did it. the other group of DEGREE never did it as well. sad. lols. then rock-climbing. wee~ i never climb 1/4 of it as i couldn't climb? yar. i didn't. but at least i tried! hard leh. walao. edwin climbed about 3/4 of it lah. so high sia. then was arts. we made our very own flag. =) then was lunch break at 12nn. 1pm continue with the activies. 'team building' was next. it was fun. break into 2 grps then play. 1st one was everyone squeeze into 3 hoolahoops. then the trainer ask all of us to put 1 finger on the tree and when he blow the whistle then we go back and squeeze into the hoolahoops. but instead of 3, become 2. we only can squeeze into 2 hoolahoops. then we walk the planks. haha. not the pirate ship ones. wooden block with planks and we have to move it and walk. cannot fall down. but we cheated. haha. when rash was talking to the other trainer we secretly move lots of planks and blocks and we fall down lah. lols. we though he never see us do those crimes but he did. and minus out time. lols. then we played spiderweb. we must go throught the spiderweb. after 1 person go thru 1 hole, that hole is closed as in we cannot go thru that hole again. and we cheated again! haha. [cheaters] and we got away with it. =D then we have 2 water activies. 'river crossing' was fun. 3 black tubes, 4 wooden poles and some ropes. tie together to build a raft to transport us from one end to another. but we have to get 1 swimmer to hold the rope with was tied to a tree to swim to the other side to get all the lifejackets. so all together got 5 lifejackets. in the end, we forced mr rojes to get wet with us. haha. lols. the trainer play hokey-pokey in the water. what put your whole mouth in, put your whole mouth out, put your whole mouth in and you shake it all about and you do the hokey pokey and u turn yourselve around and that's what is all about. lols. whole head also have. lols. then we went to 'nature rumble' aka 'yy's chocolate factory' lols. walk in the mud. that resh very what leh. when we reach a place with lots of mud, watery somemore he go stomp leh. >< but then very fun. hehe. then we got walked in the river. a pool of watery mud. and it reaks of metal. =/ and we were suppose to somehow roll in the mud? meaning getting ourselves muddy. clothes nia. but still got some people go put mud on their cheeks?! wahaha. we go in B1 then level 1 then B2 then go B1 then out of the muddy place. the B2 is fulled of mud around ankle there. high wor. then 2nd B1 was a river. left side is towards the sea in johor, right is the exit. from level 1 to B1 we walked in the rain as it was raining. lols? my shoes kanna stuck in the mud in B1?! then need people help me. meaning pull me up. lols. mr rojes help lor. =/ then we go wash up in time for dinner. after dinner we went to take our torchlight then went to the shelter to practice our cheer for campfire. then we went to the campfire. =) alot teachers were there including ms yanti, mr chua, mdm chan, etc. those teaching mainly sec 3s. mrs yeow and mrs lim were there as well. i can't remember what happened during the campfire as i was too tired to remember all. but i know, it's fun and mrs yeow said that it was the best sec 3 campfire she have ever been. =D then was supper, wash up, sleep. but some people when to get autograph from the 2 trainers. and have a chat with them. lights out at 12mn.

day 3 [13/4]- last day:
woke up at 6am, brush teeth and did whatever we need to. packed our bags and carried and gather at the dinning table. have breakfast then went to strike our tents. meaning keepping it. had a hard time cause we need to wipe and wipe and wipe. then was area cleaning. different grps have different duties. like cleaning the toliets, etc. for us was walking around the places we been to for the games and picking up rubbish. then took the bus and headed back to school...

some memories/happy moments:

we greeted the trainer, stylomilo [dunno the spelling] like resh told us to do so.

that's the end of the sec 3 adventure camp. at first we didn't want to go and were abit homesick but as time pass by, we got used to it. and now we are leaving, we'll miss all the fun times we had.
